Dr. Paul V. Apilado, DDS

Hi! I’m Dr. Paul V. Apilado, and I’m so happy to welcome you to Westside Dentistry in El Paso, Texas.

I grew up in Arlington, Texas, and from a young age I knew I wanted to help people feel confident and comfortable with their smiles. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington, which taught me how important it is to truly listen to every patient. In 2005, I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

What I love most about dentistry is building real relationships and making every visit a positive experience. At Westside Dentistry, we provide a wide range of care — from routine cleanings and preventive services to root canals, extractions, veneers, crowns and dental implants — all with a gentle, caring approach. Whether you need a simple check-up or more advanced treatment, my goal is to make you feel relaxed and confident every step of the way.

I’m proud to serve families across the El Paso community and help patients enjoy healthier, brighter smiles in a warm and welcoming environment. I treat every patient with kindness, patience, and attention to detail.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and staying involved in our local community.
